At S F Property Buyers, we dont advertise your property on the main portals like rightmove, we will make you a direct offer as we work with selected private investors, solicitors and tradespeople to create a ‘power team’.
 
This means we are uniquely positioned to consider your own situation and tailor an offer to suit your needs. Sometimes it may be that you need a little help to manage your own situation and we are always happy to help.
 
This means there are more benefits to you, our client. This can range from speed to personalisation.
 
Where a property is not suitable for us we will continue to help, this may involve structuring a suitable option for non investors. It may also mean offering an opinion on how best to sell your property through an estate agent if we consider that to be your best option.
 
We do not charge a fee, we believe the offer presented should support the business going forward without loss to our clients. This does not mean we will make a low offer, although that may, in some cases, be the only option. In fact its possible to present a better offer where it is possible to work with our clients.

About me

CEO of S F Property Buyers Ltd

I trained as an engineer going through college and university and have had a diverse career through the years, College and university, along with my career in engineering really helped me concentrate on providing solutions to problems; whether that’s fault finding electrical equipment or problem solving procedures that are not suitable for how they are being applied. I had a number of different jobs in different companies giving a very varied career, how many people get to fly in a helicopter to work on an oil rig?
 
In 2014 finally decided i was going to follow my passion which is grow your own / self sufficiency so i setup as a gardener and handyman and have done that ever since. I found that in this new career i wasn’t feeling fulfilled so decided to evolve my career again – I decided i wanted to manage property as i have been doing so since 2008. I have been slowly buying, where i would then, renovate and then move for PAYE work and would then let my property to families in need of a secure and welcoming home.
 
Within this company i want to help people who may have a problem with their property, whether its; debt/repossesion, health problems, relocation, separation, retirement. If you’re thinking you need to sell and worried about it, lets have a chat, there is likely to be a solution that can help remove the burden for you.
 
My intention is to expand on this philosophy and help to support assisted living and care homes in helping the local community.
 

About my vision

ECO training community village

I haven’t lost my passion in gardening and my dream is to setup an; ‘ECO training community village’ as i believe training on these matters is vital for healthy living anf the protection of the environment we live in.

ECO is all about being environmentally aware, self sufficient while showing that you can still have the luxuries of home by using my engineering background to achieve this.

Training is all about teaching the basic principles of the above over short courses where people can come and be part of the community i want to build.

Community village is all about having a few people with the same philosophy as me living on the piece of land that i want to buy and have these people help manage it in an eco friendly way whilst helping run the training courses and pass on our collective knowledge. This is also my ‘why’ am i doing this.
